DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:
 
To assist client handle payroll matters to ensure client's payroll process is run on time by:
  • Do payroll administration (data maintenance, salary calculation, & payment processing)
  • Work collaboratively with seniors in preparation of payroll and benefits information data
  • Maintain client HR database including salary movement
  • Prepare payroll standard reports and applicable filling form  
  • Handle social wealth benefit administration such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
  • Personal visit to relevant tax bureau/social benefit center for clarification of unresolved issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year in job related experience
  • Minimum bachelor degree from Accounting/Business Administration/Taxation/Human Resource Management
  • Have good knowledge and experience in handling Income Tax Calculation
  • Have good knowledge and experience in handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Skillful in using microsoft excel program
  • Numerical sensitive and detail minded
  • Conversant with prevailing labor law and related obligations will be an advantage
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa (Spoken & Written)
  • Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
