Assistant Manager - Creative & Multimedia (Bandung)

- Specific duties include managing Indonesian Creative & Multimedia Team branch;
- To advise on creative material requested from the other department;
- To monitor and arrange team project timeline;
- To design promotional materials;
- To create design marketing plans;
- To manage social media;
- To coordinate with Marketing, Software and PR team;
- To select, review and advise products and designs created by the team.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in fine art or design;
- Must be able to manage many simultaneous projects on short timelines;
- Must have expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator;
- Good analytics and logic thinking for web design, android application as well as strong graphic design skills;
- Creative writing and conceptualization; able to visualize and draft client’s request;
- Excellent verbal communication & strong writing skills in English and Indonesian;
- Detailed oriented & organized;
- Willing to work in Bandung
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Journalism or equivalent;
- A minimum of 3 years in station of marketing/promotion/brand management;
- Ability to execute brand message across all media platforms;
- Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
