- Establish and maintain good relationship with decisions makers and key personnel at the customers (Horeca)
- Establish and maintain a network to manage commercial, technical, quality and delivery issues between the company and the customer
- Develop, build, and maintain relationship with key customers, local chain, and international chain account at all levels
- Understand customer needs, customer and market insight to formulate Business Plan with the customers
- Be responsible to develop account client, maintain and develop client relationship, increase customer satisfaction so as to achieve customer growth rate according to company request
- Define, plan and implement regional sales strategies to support Indonesia's food service market
- Generate revenue for the Marketing and Food Service Department
- Identify new and further growth opportunities
- Maintain and improve current levels of profitability of products with existing customers
- Collaborate closely with different business development for input on account strategies to ensure adherence to their set boundaries
- Takes action where necessary to ensure industrial channel sales target achievement
- Minimum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Marketing, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have knowledge of the Food Industry
- Experience with cash flow and inventory management
- A strong strategic thinker and problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- A strong leadership skills and attention to details
- Should be able to communicate in English both oral and written
- Familiar using Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Power Point (computer literate)
