Service Officers are responsible for providing quality service to students and helping them to achieve their goals through reminding them to come to the center and maintain good study habits.
Job Description:
  • Reserve classes for students and make follow up calls so that they can book their classes
  • Contact students if they haven’t visited the centre for some time
  • Give general information for both existing students and prospective students
  • Help with the arranging of center events such as monthly student parties, staff gatherings and student gatherings etc
  • Provide basic administration support to the center
  • Support the sales division to hit their internal sales by giving excellent service to current and prospective students
Requirements :
  • Strong sense of customer service values
  • Excellent people skills and an ability to communicatively speak English
  • Attention to details
  • Time management skills and task-prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Previous experience in the education sector and experience in delivering a high standard of service would be an advantage
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree (or D3 with minimum 2 years service experience)
  • Able to work in shifts and on weekends
  • Knowledge of MS office packages
  • Well-groomed with a professional attitude and demeanor
