DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Purpose :
 
To assist the Project Manager by managing large groups of Workers, Foreman and Supervisors in executing end to end project site work and a day to day basis so as to ensure smooth work progression and completion within  target and budget
 
Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Operational Activities Execution
  • To manage end- to – end site work execution that are carried out accordingly based on approved instructed detailed drawings, technical specifications, interpreted plans and requirement of relevant authorities
  • Manage day – to – day request for equipment, material and resources purchase request
  • Conduct on-site task based planning and allocation of manpower and all resources for existing works of new project start – up
  • Ensure project execution and budget are maintained and delivered in a timely manner
  • Provide recommendations for alternative solutions and selects, modifies or adapts standard, technique and procedure in construction work
 
Project Procurement & Coordination
  • Manage project requirements and estimates resources by allocating correct resources such as manpower, material and equipment
  • Managing job costing in preparation through Bill of Quantities and Quotation
  • Negotiate with site vendor on price, quality and delivery schedule
  • Estimate costing evaluation for tendering, pricing, and quotation mark up existing and new maintenance works, submit to client for approval
 
Communication
  • Attend daily toolbox meeting to ensure safety measures and work flow procedure are in accordance to corporate compliance work schedule
  • Co-facilitate  with the Project Manager, critical team meetings and communicate major issue to key project team personnel for discussion and problem solving
  • Perform team communication alignment via dissemination of all relevant information on project and company message to all employee, sub-contractor and vendors 
 
Safety & Quality
  • Work under  advice the Safety Officer to adhere to all compliance and safety requirement with regulatory and industry standards and requirement during construction phase
  • Conduct quality workmanship management checks of the sub-contractors throughout all the work process phase towards completion of project with clients

Qualifications :
 
  • Oil/ Petrochemical Industry Course for Supervisor
  • At least 15 – 20 years relevant experience gained from Civil/ Marine Construction Industry
  • Understand to ISO and OHSAS standard procedure
  • Ability to understand detailed engineering drawings
  • Able to prioritize project task, good negotiation skill and strong intercultural skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Indonesia
  • Team oriented, attentive to details, ability to handle stress
  • Willing to travel/ relocate to other state and country
