We are looking for Sales Development Consultant to drive lead generation and sales opportunities for our clients across Australia and Asia Pacific. 85% of our clients are IT related companies with well known brands.
This is a phone-based role where you are expected to spend most of your working day on the phone. We provide best-practice lead generation and outsourced business development solutions.
The right candidate will be confident in holding discussions with senior management personnel, making outbound calling from lists and/or warm connects within a customer database. You need to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a telephone based sales environment (preferably includes outbound calling)
- IT technical knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential
- Full Time (5 days/week) and Part Time (3 days/week) role available
- Able to communicate in English fluently on business level – verbal and written
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and or Japanese (fluent/business level) is a bonus
- A strong customer service focus
- Flexibility in your approach to work
- No call reluctance
- Highly organized & good reporting skills
- Can work independently & self-motivated
