PT. Inspiro is a fast growing IT consultant company. The open opportunity is for IT Helpdesk (Level 1) or an Office 365 Administrator. We are looking for people who want to enhance their knowledge and skills in Support Helpdesk work environment.
The successful candidate will have a chance to work with a Helpdesk Team and assist in supporting our international client who has offices in 70+ countries.
We are looking to speak with a candidate who has the following qualifications:
** Fluent English speaking skills is a must,
** IT Technical background is an added advantage.
** Previous experience in using Office 365 is a huge advantage.
** Able to work onsite in shifts
** Good communication skills and service mind
** Quick response to calls for support.
** Interact with the users in a professional manner.
** Identify and troubleshoot Office 365 issues.
** Submit reports of the support activity.
