    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    I. Document delivery to Customer based on confirmed delivery plan on time within high quality:
     
    • Clarify document delivery requirement based on contract acceptance request with customer.
    • Organize sub-team make up document delivery plan in internal project.
    • Confirm final delivery document list and acceptance workflow with Customer.
    • Flow-up requested document internal/external submission progress.
     
    II. Document submission management with subcontractor:
     
    • Confirm subcontractor document submission requirement with sub-team.
    • Organize training for subcontractor.
    • Monitoring document submission progress and collecting document from subcontractor.
    • Breakup document delivery task or issue to sub-team or HQ supporting department if any document delivery comment from customer, follow-up troubleshooting progress until issue closed.
    • Formulate document control bill of material,including manpower and stationary.
    • Document team building and skill transfer internally.
    • Project document library building ,including electronic document library and papery document library.
    • Formulate Project Document Management Procedure.
    • Conduct Performance Assessment (PA) on each sub-team’s and subcontractor's document work, and release the result monthly.
    • Report document management progress internally/externally.
    • Document management training for project team members.
       
     
    REQUIREMENT:
     
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): project document management, power system, document control, documentation plan, Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Vision), Power System Knowledge,communication skill with internal and customer, 
    • Required language(s): Proficiency in English and Chinese both writing also speaking 
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and Power Tech section.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Mega Kuningan,Jakarta Selatan.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Kerja sama timnya solid dan kompak. Karyawannya ramah-ramah dan komunikasi antar karyawan berjalan cukup lancar. work life balancenya juga cukup baik.
    • Suasana di tempat kerja yang sangat kekeluargaan sehingga bekerja terasa nyaman dan menyenangkan. Gaji yang diberikan juga terbilang cukup kompetitif.
    Cons
    • Perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem kontrak. Dibandingkan perusahaan sejenis lainnya, gaji pokok dan tunjangan kesehatannya masih termasuk rendah. Tidak ada kejelasan jenjang karir.
    • Struktur organisasinya tidak jelas dan masih memerlupan perbaikan. Pembagian job descnya juga masih tidak jelas. Beberapa orang harus melakukan pekerjaan yang bukan menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
