Responsibility :
  • Responsible for area sales productivity (JATENG & DIY)
  • Responsible to monitor Sinarmas MSIG Life's Bancassurance Consultant activity
  • Alongside Regional Head, responsible to evaluate & develop BC's performance
  • Responsible to build and maintain excellent business realtionship with Bank Partner Leaders & Staff
Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skills : sales management, sales coaching, life insurance sales, Life Insurance Operations.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Bancassurance Industry & 2 Years working experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skill
  • Proven integrity & leadership skill
  • Well understand about Bancassurance Industry Business Process
  • Well understand about Life Insurance Product
  • Full-Time position available.
