Building Safety Senior Assistant Manager

  • Determining unsafe condition in all public area and tenants
  • Overseeing all fire safety equipment of building and emergency tool safety
  • Ensure the mall/building facility meets conformance with all corporate state and health standards
  • Plan and supervise a safety inspection process for both building and tenants and ensure the inspections are completed
  • Developing and improve safety processes and procedure for all company-wide required safety processes
  • Reviewing accident report and then reported to Deputy Manager of Mall Hospitality & Building Safety
  • To list down all fire safety equipment & system of building and do period audit in order to ensure all fire safety equipment on a good condition and standard
  • To do period audit of all fire safety equipment and system tenants
  • To prepare all safety audit report and monthly management report then reported to Deputy Manager of Mall Hospitality & Building Safety
  • Follow up all safety problem finding to related department and to ensure all the problem was settled
  • To respond immediately to emergency situations regarding to fire alarms
  • To perform all other related duties as assigned by Deputy Manager of Mall Hospitality & Building Safety
Job Requirements :
  • Age maximum 40 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in mall business
  • Certification in safety and health is preferred
  • Working knowledge of safety and health regulations and requirements
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang Selatan.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
