    Primary Role:

    Join an established brand in the food & beverage business as part of our marketing team. We are seeking someone who has a passion for marketing and has experience in crafting and managing food& beverages marketing campaign. You have a desire to learn and are constantly coming up with new ideas to strengthen our position as the leading modern tea house in Jakarta. You take initiative, measure results, learn quickly, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you drive impact immediately. You are creative, passionate and collaborative.
    Overview of duties:
    • Oversee the creation and delivery of all marketing/ promotion campaign
    • Build a relationship with bloggers / influencers
    • Partner with Product Innovation on new product development and overall menu offering.
    • Lead marketing and advertising strategy while working collaboratively with brand and creative team to drive proper execution of style and brand.
    • Work alongside design teams to create and execute campaigns across all fronts (Digital &Print)
    • Prepare and adhere to marketing and design budgets.
    • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Oversee day to day relationships/partnerships with agencies, vendors, etc. that serve the creative, design and marketing area.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requierments :
    • College Degree preferred and 1 year marketing experience in retail, food & beverage or similar.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Creative mindset
    • Superb project management skills in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work in a team environment as well as handle individual projects
    • Skills and ability to organize, plan and prioritize daily workloads; proven ability to meet tight deadlines with multiple priorities
    • Ability to translate complex ideas and strategies into a clear and simple vision
    • Budget management
