    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Support & prepare the administration in finance and accounting division
    • Assist in account payable & receivable and other areas of the General Ledger in close coordination with Sales Team
    • Assist in the review and receivable collection as required
    • Prepare document letters (example : proposal, invoice, etc) to clients & vendors
    • Support routine day-to-day administrative work such as filling, mailing, etc
    • Work with other team on sales administrative-related issues
     
    REQUIREMENTS :
    • S1 from Major Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
    • Good Knowledge in Ms Excel (especially in Pivot and Vlookup)
    • Accuracy / attention to detail
    • Initiative
    • Minimum 1 year related experience

    Suasana kerja di tempat ini cukup kondusif sehingga memberikan energi yang positif kepada saya dalam bekerja. Di samping itu, komunikasi dengan rekan kerja lainnya juga berjalan lancar.

    Fasilitas yang ada di tempat ini masih kurang mampu mendukung kinerja karyawannya. Selain itu, gaji dan tunjangannya juga masih terasa belum maksimal.
