JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Support & prepare the administration in finance and accounting division
  • Assist in account payable & receivable and other areas of the General Ledger in close coordination with Sales Team
  • Assist in the review and receivable collection as required
  • Prepare document letters (example : proposal, invoice, etc) to clients & vendors
  • Support routine day-to-day administrative work such as filling, mailing, etc
  • Work with other team on sales administrative-related issues
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  • S1 from Major Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
  • Good Knowledge in Ms Excel (especially in Pivot and Vlookup)
  • Accuracy / attention to detail
  • Initiative
  • Minimum 1 year related experience
