- Responsible for execution of all marketing strategies.
- Identify and develop activities that will optimize sales and brand awareness
- Responsible for strategic direction and execution of all internal and external communications
- Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads
- Responsible for customer services activities to achieve customer satisfaction. This includes monitoring the implementation of customer service on sales and service, as well as in cooperation with the branch manager to improve customer satisfaction.
- Support Administrative task in Division such as appointment, claims, regularly updates Customer database and profile.
- Develop and Maintain good relationships with customer
- Become data center regarding to customer problem and solution (to be used as future reference).
