    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
    • Respont promply to customer inquires
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints
    • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquires
    • Direct request and unresolved issues to the designated resource
    • Report details of inquires, commant and complaints•Record details of action taken
     
    Requirements:
     
    • Education minimum Diploma
    • Minimum 1 years experience in Mall
    • Proficient in MS. Office, Email, Social Media
    • Persuasive communication ( written & oral )
    • Attractive and good physical appearance
    • Resilience, hardworking, high initiative and goal focus.
    • Work in a team and customer excellence
    • Good interpersonal skill, highly motivated and discipline, honest, pleasant personality and good health
