- General office administration
- Provides secretarial support
- Arranges internal and external meetings, conferences including all logistics
- Producing reports, Power Point Charts, Meeting Minutes, notes.
- Documentation management
- Assists in HR Management of the company (recruit, training, etc)
- Good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure.
- Support Marketing manager
- Bachelor degree from secretary major
- At least 3 years working experience as secretary or marketing assistant
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus
- Should be able to do multi task and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, a team player, strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time
- Willing to work under pressure and in fast changing environment
