- Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology is required
- Min. 3 years working experience as recruitment/assessor at the consultant
- Proven assesment experience including psycho test, do the review of psycho test, make the methods of assesment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong ability to write, listen and articulate in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, organized and accountable.
- Eagerness to take ownership of projects.
- Ability to establish priorities and objectives with a sense of urgency.
- Willing to travel
- Team player with a sense of humor a must!
