- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in psychology
- Having minimum 1 year of relevant experience (in same industry are preferable). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Recruitment experience and sound knowledge of psychological test
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Detail Oriented, Positive attitude, Responsible, Fast Learner, and Independent
- Possess strong initiative, self-motivated, and hard worker
Handle end to end recruitment process, including:
- CV Screening
- Conduct the psychological testing administration and scoring
- Handle the recruitment report and administration.
