Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in psychology
  • Having minimum 1 year of relevant experience (in same industry are preferable). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Recruitment experience and sound knowledge of psychological test
  • Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  • Detail Oriented, Positive attitude, Responsible, Fast Learner, and Independent
  • Possess strong initiative, self-motivated, and hard worker
 
 
Job Descriptions

Handle end to end recruitment process, including:
  • CV Screening
  • Scheduling
  • Conduct the psychological testing administration and scoring
  • Handle the recruitment report and administration.
