Accounting/Tax Officer/Staff Accounting atau Pajak

Job Description:

  1. Corresponded via email and telephone collecting on past due accounts, resolving disputes and questions and other discrepancies.
  2. Responsible to handle monthly and annul tax by using e-SPT all taxes, e-Billing, e-Faktur, e-Filling
  3. Calculate and reporting all taxes
  4. Prepare tax payment slip (SSP)
  5. Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with Finance policies and procedures
  6. Manage the processing of cash receipt, recording of revenue and receivable
  7. Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid expenses
  8. Accountable for the preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss, and balance sheet

Skills and Abilities :

  1. Age 23-28 years old
  2. Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting, Taxation, Finance Management or related major
  3. Preferably experience in the same field minimum 1 year. Fresh graduate with experience in the tax are welcome to apply
  4. Good in English (Written and Oral)
  5. Possess Brevet A&B Certificate will be an advantage
  6. Must have very good verbal skills
  7. Must be perfectionist by nature, with no tolerance for financial sloppiness
  8. Must be highly skilled in deadling with financial and numeric data
  9. Must be highly skilled in use of Excel spreadsheets
