    • Min 3 - 5 years in Customer Service Support experience
    • Understanding of Technical Knowledge (Preferable Electronical) and Product Sourcing
    • Good communication skills in presenting ideas and concept & fluent in English
    • BSD - Tangerang Location

    Job description

    • Visit Customer to supervise the installation & provide solution of product in case function issue
    • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in order to meet customer's satisfaction
    • Technical solving, also mock up quality checking as well as fix installation problem onsite
    • Managing the after sales service team on a daily basis to ensure used time efficiently
    • Assisting in the development of new customer documents, forms and checklists to continually improve service
