The successful candidate will report to Supply Chain Manager and will tackle the following activities:

  • Operate an effective & efficient daily operation with less overtime cost
  • Prepare delivery schedule & control delivery to customers in time in full quantity
  • Check & report for stock accuracy (Physical Stock vs SAP) and warehouse occupancies in determined level
  • Conduct zero incident / accident during daily operation, less product damage during daily operation
  • Prevent customer complaints due SCM operation failure
  • Control warehouse Spare parts
  • Create and maintain all operation procedures and working instructions
  • Create Training Plan & Matrix Skill for the team members
  • Lead the team members in Safety behaviors
  • Conduct Internal Coordination Meeting (Safety & Operation meeting)

To best fit you must be:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistic
  • Proficient in written and verbal English & Computer Literacy
  • Good leadership skill, interpersonal & communication skill
  • High level of commitment & dedication
  • Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results
