Customer Service Manager

Job Descriptions :
  • To manage all incoming customer orders and service request.
  • To ensure first class service for all sales activity whilst surveying, developing and creating business opportunities in accordance with the company sales strategy.
Requirements :
  • Fluent speak Mandarin and English is a must
  • Familiar with SAP system, SD (Sales Distribution) & MM (Material Management)
  • Good leadeship skill, good communication skill, Analyticall skill, disciplined and organized
  • Bachelor's Degree from Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Candi,Sidoarjo.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available
