    • Maximum age of 28 years old
    • Attractive personality and appearance
    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75
    • Aggressive, persistent, persuasive, and proactive in prospecting new clients
    • Mature, target-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and work well under pressure
    • Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and writing, good command in English
    • Willing to travel across Indonesia.
    • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

    1989 - 1994 "The Early Days"
    In 1989, Hermawan Kartajaya left ciggarette manufacturer PT. HM Sampoerna to establish MarkPlus&Co in Surabaya, Indonesia. In its earliest form, MarkPlus was an education company, offering marketing-related training and executive education programs.
    1994 - 1999 "Taking Off"
    After five years, the MarkPlus brand name had solidly been established in Surabaya and the larger market of Jakarta. By then, MarkPlus had been strongly positioned as a professional services and professional education firm with expertise in marketing, market development and business strategy. It applied its own conceptual frameworks and research to develop practical marketing and corporate strategies for clients. In 1994, MarkPlus introduced the first of its many models entitled Marketing Plus 2000, which would form the basis for much of MarkPlus' early work. Also in the same year, In 1994, MarkPlus opened its second office in Jakarta, the country's economic hub, where it found real growth opportunities
    1999 - 2004 The Growth Period
    By 1999, MarkPlus has served many privately-owned and state-owned Indonesian companies and several multinational corporations from its headquarters in Jakarta and its satellite office in Surabaya. Ten years after its founding, MarkPlus has more than 100 staffs on its payroll, with large number of them professed as consultant, researcher, trainer, and administrator. The company expands with multiple branches in Indonesia's three other main cities (Bandung, Semarang, and Medan) and strengthening itself as the the country's local champion in marketing consultancy field. Just as early as 2001, an industry publication had ranked MarkPlus first among national consulting firms.
    2004 - 2009 The Road Ahead
    Having gained the recognition as the most successful and dominant of Indonesia's domestic consulting firms, since 2004 MarkPlus&Co has eyed the ASEAN-region for market expansion. As in the year of 2005, it has already opened three satellite offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Ho Chi Minh City. With regionalization and globalization creating new opportunities throughout Southeast Asia, MarkPlus&Co has envisioned itself to be the ASEAN-based consulting firm with expertise in Marketing, market development, and business strategy.
