  • Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang retail supermarket (Daging & Unggas/ Ikan/ Buah dan Sayur/ Makanan & Minuman/ Siap Saji/ Roti)
  • Tinggi minimal 168 cm
  • Bersedia kerja dalam sistem shift

By 1989 Ramayana has become a retail chain, consisting of 13 outlets and employing a total of 2,500 workers. They variety of products sold has also became more extensive to include household necessities, toys and stationeries. Soon enough, in 1993 one stop shopping center was implemented in every Ramayana store due to the extensive product range and affordable prices.

Ramayana delivers quality merchandise, stylishly-designed, in line with contemporary trends.
Ramayana presents the merchandise with superior SERVICE. The customer must always feel like an honored guest, and should be comfortable when shopping. Intense competition is keyed to VALUE – one of our Company’s core values. With inflation looming and disposable income shrinking, consumers are price-conscious as they never were before.They know prices and they know whether they can afford to buy. Our success in repeat business comes from the value-for-money of our garments and other items.

Cons

Kesejahteraan karyawan harus lebih diperhatikan lagi. Jenjang karir masih terbilang tidak jelas. Manajemennya juga masih banyak memerlukan perbaikan terutama dalam hal transparansi terhadap karyawan.
