DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reporting, coordinate team Helpdesk, Log tickets, Monitoring SLA, Executive user support (for Supervisor Level)
 
Requirements :
 
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, preferable from reputable university
  • Minimal 1 years experience in similar field
  • Fluently Speaking and Reading English
  • Knowledge able in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, server, TCP/IP and LAN
  • Have an Excellent communication skill
  • Knowledge in Desktop support, end-point network support
  • Would Be Placed in Karawang.

    gaji dan tunjangan yang diberikan lumayan besar apalagi jika ditempatkan di project, banyak menjalin kerja sama yang baik dengan perusahaan BUMN.
    Cons
    masih menggunakan sistem kontrak, tidak ada pilihan untuk menjadi karyawan tetap untuk posisi IT Helpdesk dan kurangnya memberikan kesempatan karyawan kontrak untuk bisa berprestasi.
