Reporting, coordinate team Helpdesk, Log tickets, Monitoring SLA, Executive user support (for Supervisor Level)
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, preferable from reputable university
- Minimal 1 years experience in similar field
- Fluently Speaking and Reading English
- Knowledge able in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, server, TCP/IP and LAN
- Have an Excellent communication skill
- Knowledge in Desktop support, end-point network support
- Would Be Placed in Karawang.
