  • Responsible for providing programs, services, and informations to tenants.
  • Mentain effective relations with all tenants in order to ensure they are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
  • Identify problems and provide solutions of customer complaints
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma any field.
  • Have good Strong leadership, Problem Identification and Solving.
  • Well developed communications skills including the ability to use effective listening and verbal communications skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels and the ability to write effective business correspondence.
  • Customer oriented and process or quickly develop good negotiation and conflict resolutions sklills
  • An independent self-starter, and good team player
  • Min 2 years in service area

Perusahaan sudah cukup menjamin masa depan karyawannya. Bekerja di sini cukup menyenangkan karena bisa banyak belajar hal yang belum pernah ditemukan sebelumnya.

Cons

Peraturan yang terlalu ketat kadang membuat karyawan merasa terlalu dibatasi di dalam pekerjaannya. Atasan juga masih terlalu tertutup mengenai perusahaan.
