This Job exists to implement all training programs, provide relevant administration, and encouraging organization learning culture to achieve training effectiveness by delivering programs, conducting training and evaluation within provided training program.
• Deliver training program for assigned program and targeted participants in line with training calendar
• Conduct training evaluation, analyzing the result, and giving feedback to program specialist to improve training program.
• Update and maintain Training Data Base as per agreed timeline, to ensure all training activities are recorded properly.
• Identify the delivering approach and gibing feedback to program managers in order to improve training effectiveness
• Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
• Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe a ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training, and work instructions are followed.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Min. 3 years working experience in FMCG company, preferably in training related areas
• Having understanding and passion on people development
• Having experience as a trainer is an advantage
• Willing to work outside working days
• Willing to travel in all operations, especially within Sumatera islands,
• Good understanding in operating Windows, especially Power Point for presentation and Excel Spreadsheet.
• Excellent communication skill is a must
