• In the development, implementation, and controlling of tactical sales and profit plans.
• Carries out improved sales analyses in comparisons with plan
• Support the the Chief Commercial Manager in executing strategy and to ensure full alignment between sales and future revenue expectations.
• Routinely evaluate and communicate general financial and operational sales performance, using appropriate metrics; Identify improvement opportunities; circulate analysis to sales management team as well as management
• Generate sales budgets (by region, BU customer/product/sales rep) and rolling forecasts; Collaborates with Finance team
• Control customer returns for claims,
• Location wise price analysis with competition
• Marketing Expense control/containment through review and approval of expenditures in colloboration with Finance
• Appraise customer and product profitability
• Identification and resolution of pricing issues
• Identification of logistic opportunities
• Having a degree (S1) in Accountancy major.
• 5 years of Controlling experience with extensive exposure to Sales and progressively increasing responsibilities; Familiarity with manufacturing environment and/or industrial products beneficial
• SAP and BW system experience and strong Excel/Power point skills required
• Fluently in English, both verbal and in writing
• Commercial awareness; Ability to think strategically, synthesize the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Demonstrated aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Willing to be based in Gresik, East Java (point of hire Gresik).
