    Client Details

    Our client is an internationally recognized firm that runs their business in providing marketing consultancy services. They are currently looking for a Sales Director who will sit in their Indonesia office located in Jakarta (a strategic location).

    Description

    The qualified Sales Director will have to:

    • Oversee, plan, develop and execute strategy to achieve company objectives and ensure delivery of superior customer experience throughout the whole customer purchase journey
    • Own the engagement strategy and roadmap including omni-channel activation and its campaigns execution
    • Leverage the platform to innovate
    • Lead customer journey and experience design efforts to identify customer needs
    • Develop, implement and continuous improve omni-channel customer engagement solutions through actionable insights
    • Partner with Marketing, Strategic Partnership, and Operations and IT teams to establish and execute our platform implementation
    • Provide leadership and management oversight of the Customer Engagement team through effective talent management strategy and programs as well as direct coaching and motivation

    Profile

    • Minimum 10 years of experience of customer contact center management in financial, insurance, e-commerce, or technology industry with hands on experience in digital/online business and cross-channel integration
    • Experienced in management and execution of omni-channel marketing programs
    • Proven experience in the design of customer journey and empathizing with customers; competent in overseeing and managing the customer service functions
    • Ability to influence at all level within the Business Partner organisations and internally within the company
    • Ability to synthesize results from various sources of information to provide recommendation
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Ability to develop strategies and action plan to proactively respond to changes in market conditions, business partners' and customers' needs and the regulatory environment
