Main responsibilities:

Operational :
- Execute sales, Ensure the achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling
- Maximize customer’s visit , maintain and develop good professional relationship with customers
- Manage customer offer performancePeople
- Assure that all Philip's program are well executed
- Coordinate with internal and external parties in order to assure the target operation runs 
- Lives by Philips competencies and behaviors
Financial Financial
- Deliver AOP (annual operating plan)  target
- Establish strong customer intimacy and reach
- Collaborate effective and efficiency with colleagues and departments
Qualifications : 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • Experience in online sales, key account management, Retail are important.  
  • Min 2+ years experience in promoting smarts products in retail branded store highly appreciated (e.g smart phone - smart TV - smart watch, other smarts device products within branded electronic stores ) 
  • Total experience in modern trade electrical / hard device within 5+ years 
  • Have a strong key account management skill sets 
  • Good command in English
