DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

 
Job Responsibility :
 
  • Responsible to make TNA (training need analysis)based on assessment competencies.
  • Responsible to deliver and evaluation training based TNA.
  • Administration and reporting
  • Work collaboratively within various roles within operation support.
 
Requirements :
 
  • Majoring Psychology or Management
  • 1 year experience as trainer
  • Have good presentation and communication skill
  • Dynamic, confident and strong person.
  • Have driving licence A or C
  • Have knowledge about KPI and Balance score card will be advantage.
