Job Responsibility :
- Responsible to make TNA (training need analysis)based on assessment competencies.
- Responsible to deliver and evaluation training based TNA.
- Administration and reporting
- Work collaboratively within various roles within operation support.
- Majoring Psychology or Management
- 1 year experience as trainer
- Have good presentation and communication skill
- Dynamic, confident and strong person.
- Have driving licence A or C
- Have knowledge about KPI and Balance score card will be advantage.
