- Manage full cycle of recruitment process
- Introduce best practices and create innovative strategies to locate top talent and build talent pipeline
- Identify, manage, and evaluate training and development needs through the understanding of our firm’s business requirements
- Delivering high-quality services to internal customers by planning and supporting new hire onboarding and welfare events etc.
- Office Management which includes partnering with vendors to ensure a clean and tidy work environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any field with minimum GPA 3.00
- Passionate about people, culture, and service
- Service oriented with excellent people skills and enjoy working with people
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
- Responsible, self-driven, and committed
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR will be plus
