    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Describtion
    • Supervise operation and manage team (team leader & cal center officer)
    • Maintain quality & quantity of company's call center services
    • Provide report about performance team, issue and action taken to improve & achieve the target
    • Analyzing the daily activity of operation to increase and maintain their performance operational service
     
    Requirements:
    • Maximum age 35 years old
    • Have work experience in call center (as team leader min. 2 years or as a supervisor min. 1 year)
    • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
    • Have knowledge about troubleshoot connection internet and device modem/ router
    • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint, and Internet) and have good reporting skill
    • Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, discipline, client & target oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner
    • Good communication and leadership skill

    Pros
    • Budaya kerja di dalam perusahaan menurut saya sudah meniru ala jepang dimana perusahaan menuntut semua hal terlampir dengan baik dan cekatan.
    Cons
    • Tidak jelasnya management baik dari pekerjaan maupun transparasi performa kerja. Jenjang karir di dalam perusahaan pun masih kurang jelas dan cukup lambat.
