    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Develop IT systems through business partners and third party solution providers
    • Establish and manage network security system
    • Develop relationship and control outside partners or vendors including budgets
    • Monitor daily transaction reports and reconcile them with settlement reports
    • Install ATMs at contracted locations
    • Coordinate with ATM Operator to perform configuration, upgrade, etc.
    • Coordinate with vendors to refurbish and repair ATMs and ATM related parts
    • Install and uninstall ATMs at contracted locations on schedule, coordinating with service partners
    • Monitor daily ATM operation as well as daily cash needs to maintain ATMs operation
    • Cash replenishment through coordination with CIT companies and funding banks
    • Identify and monitor daily ATM cash overages/shortages
    • Identify areas of operational improvement and formulating solutions
    • Develop internal procedures related to daily ATM operation / IT development 
    • Manage System and Operation division of the company
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Education minimum Bachelor degree (S1); preferably from IT/ System Information
    • 5-year’ experience in business, related to IT system or back office operation in financial industry; (preferably from Banking or Finance Industry)
    • Basic knowledge on IT system in general, preferably in banking or financial industry
    • Experienced in leading team as a manager/section head in a business organization

    Pros
    • Teman satu divisi yang mudah diajak kerjasama serta lingkungan tempat kerja yang dirancang sedemikian rupa agar karyawan tidak merasa stress, membuat suasana tempat kerja menjadi nyaman
    • Perusahaan sudah bagus dalam mengoptimalkan perhitungan upah lembur, sehingga karyawan selalu bersemangat dan bekerja dengan lebih maksimal ketika diberi tugas diluar jam kerja
    Cons
    • Sebaiknya perusahaan harus lebih stabil, baik dalam aspek manajemen ataupun yang lainnya agar dapat menjamin kesejahteraan dan masa depan pegawainya.
    • Meskipun upah lembur sudah baik namun disisi lain gaji pokok serta tunjangan yang lainnya yang diberikan saya rasa masih kurang
