  • Fresh graduates or graduate with 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Holds minimum GPA of 3.30 for bachelor or 3.50 for master degree.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Economic, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Statistical.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Actively involved in extracurricular and /or organizational activities.
  • Active learner, highly adaptable, and willing to be placed where the company operates. Regional or Global mobility an advantage.

Advice to Management

Manajemen baru jebolan dari PT U yang diandalkan korporasi membawa angin segar bagi perubahan manajerial perusahaan. Karyawan menjadi lebih disiplin namun tetap dengan rasa kekeluargaan yang tinggi, serta banyak fasilitas yang diperbaharui. Namun sayang dengan perubahan sistem operasional, pendapatan turut berkurang drastis. Sangat terasa bagi yang sudah berkeluarga.
