This position shall be responsible for the success of sales force training activities –both soft and hard competences– in the organization. He/she shall maximize sales department effectiveness by providing a whole strategic approach of sales training, including but not limited to design and review modules, communicating them to its stakeholders, as well as improve procedures. A “mind-maker” would be the short word for this position.
- Approximately 10 years experiences handling the sales force training in managerial level;
- English ability & Computer literate;
- Outstanding communication & presentation skill, as well as analytical thinking;
- Good leadership & personality;
- Good learning attitude;
- Working location = Jakarta
