    HTC Global Services is expanding  and have a mass hiring for  Application Support Consultant for our MNC Client in Indonesia. 
     
    Here below the following list of  URGENT Jobs: 
     
     
    Position: Application Support - L2
    Must possess any of the following skills:
    • Billing / INTEC -Working experience on Billing System. Preferably INTEC
    • DWH / BI / Analytics  - Working experience on DatawareHousing, BI
    • Siebel / CRM  -  Working experience on Siebel CRM application: Service Request Module, Order Management Module, Query Performance Tuning, shell script

    Position: Application Support - L2 (eNetwork Node)
     
    Description:
     
    • Providing technical support to critical telecom application Payment, Payments Gateways, Electronic reload, AIR, provisioning. 
    • Knowledge on complete subscriber life cycle in a Telco
    • Knowledge of  E// and Huawei network node is a plus ( AIR, SCP, AF, SDP, MINSAT/ECMS, SAPC, HSS, AUC, MSC)
    • Should be open to work in shifts ( 24x7)
    • Follow procedures, respond to requests for assistance by providing information to enable users to resolve their problems.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all issues with resolution and contact details.
    • Should have fair knowledge on Incident Management / Problem Management ( Closure with RCA with customer)
    • Housekeeping and routine maintenance Business critical Applications
    • Adhere to SLA and KPI
    • Should have good knowledge on Oracle Database PL/SQL & Unix, Solaris is a must
    • Make continual improvements to procedures and documentation.
    • Automate work flows via scripting.
    • Understating of service path for Telco
    • Providing an effective interface between users and service providers supplying all necessary diagnostic information according to procedures.
    • Ensuring technical queries not progressing are escalated to L3 with SLA.
     
     
    Position Title: Siebel CRM Administrator
     
    Description:
     
    • Manage Admin and console Components
    • Configure Siebel Application (view, EBC, and report objects)
    • Having good skill & knowledge with Oracle, MySQL DB, MS SQL DB
    • Query Performance Tuning, shell script
     
     
    Position Title: Mobile CRM Application Support
     
    Description:
     
    • Java, Tomcat, configuration, troubleshooting experirence
    • Updated Patch application for various servers as per the requirement
    • Installation of SOA Suite 11g servers.
    • Deploy SOA and OSB composites using ANT Scripts, JAR Files.
    • Worked on Production Support and worked on integration support tickets.
    • Supporting Oracle Fusion (SOA) Applications.
    • Production deployments weekend support
    • Managing different types of Outages end to end to ensure seamlessness.
    • JMS Resource creation, datasource and user creation
    • Monitoring performance during load testing Weblogic console
    • Operating Systems: Windows , Linux
    • Having good skill & knowledge with Oracle, MySQL DB, MS SQL DB
    • Query Performance Tuning, shell script"
