Reports to CEO
Manages and Supervises the entire divisions of company
Ensure company operations run smoothly without incidents according to SOP, while providing customer satisfactions
Manages staff teamwork and performance with proper record keeping
Continuously refine and improve SOPs and documentation.
Measure, analyse and manage the expenses of operational and other activities
Ensure SOPs are followed by all staff through teaching and coaching of relevant division leaders
Responsible for fund management: creditors, debtors, overall cashflow of the company
Responsible for implementation and proper compliance with various procedures and systems set in the company
Work with marketing team members to develop strategies and marketing plans and find new products and services that meet the planned goals
Skills and Experiences Required:
Relevant S1/Bachelor's degree
Good written and spoken in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Leadership and Team Management
Cost and Budget Conscious
Systematic and Planned Based Execution
Work Flow Optimisation
Change Management and Continuous Improvement
Experienced Process & Workflow Manager
Oil and Gas experience preferred.
