Our client, leading multinational FMCG is seeking for a payroll manager to join their competitive team in Jakarta. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to manage and lead all payroll activities, and delivering excellent results and services, initiate some necessary improvements. 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skills: Payroll, Compensation And Benefit.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is a must 
  • Excellent English communication is a must 
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required - payroll/comben
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available
  • Required characteristics: attention to detail, organizing/management skill, and strong analytical thinking
