Job Desc:
  • Understanding of the process to obtain the papers notarized.
  • Understanding about licensing company.
  • Understanding Business Law / Corporate Law, legislation and regulations.
  • Mastering the Employment Act.
  • Understanding PPJB, AJB & delivery or release of HT.
 
Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

The company main activity is to run businesses in the trade of telecomunications equipment of the mobile phone spare parts, including accessories, prepaid voucher as well as repair services and provision of content through its subsidiaries.
 
Company offers operator product such prepaid SIM card starter pack and voucher (recharge pulse) of the various cellular operators in Indonesia such as PT. Telkomsel, and Telkom Flexi and XL.
The company believes that it can take advantage of the Indonesia market growth, which still has the potential to grow rapidly, espacially in large area in Indonesia, namely Jabodetabek region, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Bandung, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makasar and Bali.

Kita bisa mengerti dan mengenal semua hal yang berkaitan dengal TDC, menambah pengalaman dan koneksi ke orang baru dan suasana kerja sangat nyaman.

Cons

Tingakat turn over atau keluar masuk karyawan yang cukup tinggi, ini harus di perbaiki karena sangat mengganggu kinerja kerja, harus ada usaha untuk menekan turn over. Waktu kerja yang lebih panjang dan sering lembur.
