  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): fluent in english (active and passive), have a good communications-preference who has call center in banking background, have a multi task skill; accurate; and detail, fast learner and willing to learn, Have pleasant attitude.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 3 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
Job Descriptions:
  • To answer incoming calls promptly and in professional manner
  • To perform outbond calls promptly and in professional manner
  • To receive and to handle customers query in competent way
  • To deliver product inquiries and general sales (if any) to targeted potential and existing customer
  • To create company positive image that will lead to customer engagement
  • To obey do and don't aggrement
  • To obey mistake and punishment
  • To deliver first call resolution
  • To attend training agenda
  • To attend coaching and briefing conduct by supervisor
