- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): fluent in english (active and passive), have a good communications-preference who has call center in banking background, have a multi task skill; accurate; and detail, fast learner and willing to learn, Have pleasant attitude.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
