    • Having knowledge all aspect of secretarial duties
    • Helping Taks day to day from  Executive President Director
    • Making a Good Presentation and Correspondence
    • Devising and maintaining office systems,including data management and filling
    • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
    • Capable to manage in/outgoing letters,files,filling documents and able to perform multi tasking skills.
    • Arrange meetings with clients, arranging Travels /intinery scheduling, visas and accommodation and occasionally, travelling with the director to take notes.
    • Age Maximum 30 Years old
    • Good looking, Minimum Height 165 cm
    • Bachelor Degree majoring Administration Secretary or Economic Management.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Presentable, Mature, with a board mindset towards global business
    • Good communication skill,Persentation skill good integrity, and willing to learn
    • Fluent in English Both Oral and Written, and can Chinese language ability preferable
    • Able to working in flexible time and under pressure
    • Basic understanding of freight fowarding business and international trade
