Our Client is one of the biggest insurance company in Asia. The company profile will be explained on the next stage (phone-interview).
You will have four sub-functions reporting to you (future state):
  • Data Analysis
  • Digital Assets
  • Digital advertising
  • E-Commerce (top line digital sales all channels)
Job Descriptions :
  • Deliver business targets by creating world class products, enjoyable customer experiences, strategic digital partnerships,
  • Responsible for the P&L by maximising the marketing funnel
  • Driving new business using performance marketing
  • Driving renewals using digital marketing tactics
  • Ensure brand consistency and presence on all digital products from planning to design/build/test to successful launch
  • Execute best-in-class shorter and delightful customer journeys across all touch points; .com, mobile, social media and partner digital assets
  • Selection and managing marketing agencies
  • Collaborate with cross functional and cross channel teams – product innovation, actuarial, finance, IT cross channel teams to drive prioritized initiatives from strategy creation to final delivery
  • Own the integrated IT-Digital Architecture
  • Execute digital media strategies using the POEM Media model
Requirements :
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 10 year(s) experience in digital advertising or e-commerce environment
  • Experience managing a P&L
  • Experience managing teams and working with virtual stakeholders
  • Experience managing UX/Digital Creative functions
  • Experience working with IT specialists
  • Good understanding of marketing
  • Ideally an Indonesian national or someone comfortable working in Indonesia
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
