• Having knowledge in human resources area: recruitment, operation, compensation and benefit, payroll, performance management and training development.
  • Having deep knowledge and understanding about Indonesia labor law and regulation
  • Able to maintain HR System and HR Policy.

Requirements :
  • Maximum 40 years old
  • Diploma degree
  • Minimum¬† 2 years experience as HR Supervisor¬† would be an advantage
  • Able to manage Recruitment process
  • Good knowlegde Labour Regulation
