- Having knowledge in human resources area: recruitment, operation, compensation and benefit, payroll, performance management and training development.
- Having deep knowledge and understanding about Indonesia labor law and regulation
- Able to maintain HR System and HR Policy.
- Maximum 40 years old
- Diploma degree
- Minimum 2 years experience as HR Supervisor would be an advantage
- Able to manage Recruitment process
- Good knowlegde Labour Regulation
