    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
    • Have an experience & good knowledge of computer network
    • Have a good knowledge of Software and Hardware
    • Actively using SQL / PL
    • Convert (an added value)
     
    Job Desc:
    • Resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
    • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
    • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
    • Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
    • Document internal procedures
    • Assist with on boarding of new users
    • Ensure each work station has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
    • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
    • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
    • Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
    • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
    • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
    • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • lingkungan kerja yang sangat membuat para karyawan menjadi senang, satu sama lain sangat akrab dan sangat mudah dalam menjadikan rekan kerja sebagai keluarga
    • Para pekerja memiliki hubungan yang baik satu sama lain sehingga tidak ada budaya senioritas antar karyawan. Tidak hanya itu, gaji yang diterima oleh para pekerja sudah sangat besar.
    Cons
    • kurang memperhatikan kesejahteraan para karyawan, masih adanya kekurangan dalam hal mengatur sebuah project di perusahaan, manajemen yang tertutup pada karyawan
    • Para pekerja di tuntut untuk memiliki skill sebelum masuk kerja karena pekerjaan karyawan di lepas begitu saja. Tidak hanya itu, para pekerja juga tidak mendapatkan asuransi.
