JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Actively seek out and obtain new customers while growing the business with current customers resulting in increased sales revenues, market share and profitability
  • Relationship building, customer service
  • Development and implementation of product promotions, trade show and special events
  • Monitoring customer and market activity
  • Making recommendations for company growth

 

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

  • Age: 35-45
  • Gender: Male/female
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Tech Science, Business Administrations, Marketing/Sales or a related discipline
  • Language: Fluent in English both in oral and written
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years experience in sales with proven track record to close deals in a high-tech or lighting environment
  • Experience with consultative sales of multiple product categories through multiple channels, and selling technology in a business environment (B2B)
  • Knowledge of lighting industry and lighting market in the Indonesia region, preferably with LED
  • “Hunter” Sales attitude with strong closing skills and ability to self-direct and self-motivate
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong cross-functional team/project management, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in areas of measuring marketing effectiveness and gaining customer insights
