Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Recruitment matters
  • Assist Manager from various department on the recruitment needs
  • Arranging and coordination of interviews, booking of meeting rooms and preparing documents
  • Handle leave administration, compensation and benefits
  • Filtering of candidates for round 2 interviews by senior management
  • Conduct exit interview and orientation for new hire
  • Assisting in hiring selection
  • Assist HR Manager in HR Operational Matters
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
  • Female only below 28 years old
  • Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft applications, MS Excel
  • Location: Central Area
  • 5 days work week
  • Salary: basic + performance bonus
