MARKETING MANAGER  (Surabaya base)
Required skills and experience
Bachelor degree, any field from reputable university, preferably marketing, advertising/media, mass communication and related field.
Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field
Familiar with promotion and branding activities for FMCG products
Good communication skills, good knowledge in social media, digital marketing, insight industries, competitor behavior and strategy
Proficient with Microsoft office, preferably design software
Preferably speak Mandarin and English
Creating innovative strategy to attract customers by using ATL, BTL or digital marketing campaign
Effectively implement all marketing and promotion activities and evaluate the achievement result in sales volume and branding
Thinking out of the box to create and implement effective products and marketing strategy in line with the company’s strategy objective
Collaborate with sales manager for effective strategy to achieve selling out target
