- Managing recruitment process
- Ensure the quality of recruitment process
- Supervise to ensure the quality of the works delivered by of assigned HCD Staff
- Specific roles assigned by HCD manager or supervisor
We are urgently seeking for Assistant Human Capital Development Manager and the candidates should possess the following:
- A bachelor degree from reputable university preferable in engineering, management psychology
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Having experience worked for a head hunter is a plus
- Experienced in giving training is a plus
