    The Role: 

    • To Provide support in the creation and review and to continually improve web-copy that accurately reflects the character and facilities of the property, resulting in a better performance of the property
    • To produce quality content that will not only appear in search engines, but also drive traffic to the site, and convert into sales
    • To increase’s visibility for target keywords/phrases in organic search.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Research topics and write compelling copy for on-site pages that will educate visitors and help with ranking on search engines
    • Write, edit and create content. Repurpose content as needed. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience of content
    • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO  continually seek out best practices in SEO;
    • Update landing pages on the hotel site adding the proper links, images, or videos;
    • Coordinate and manage content schedule/plan and assets. Execute the content schedule/plan to upload both copy and content assets
    • Helps develop & document procedures to manage Web content
    • Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, web usability, and business/industry trends
    • You must be versatile in many different types of communications, including social media networks and possess the ability to move quickly between multiple projects.

    The Ideal Candidate: 

    • Positive work ethic and passion to engage with our online booking website and business partners
    • Experience of creating attractive content and writing/editing range of documents, correcting any grammatical, typographical, or compositional errors
    • Fluent English and Indonesia speaker and writer
    • Familiarity with search engine optimization and best practices for website content development
    • Quick and resourceful desktop researcher
    • Flexibility, accuracy, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
    • Customer-focused
    • Pro-active and positive attitude
    • A goal-oriented team player
    • Ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands
    • Aggressive to achieve high targets – results-oriented
    • Bachelor's / Diploma Degree (Major in Communications or English preferred)
    • Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus
    • Education in Tourism related field is an advantage, but not a must
    • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, basic photo editing and Internet)
    • Full of initiative, responsible, dynamic, results-oriented, a strategic thinker with strong management
    • 1-2 years Experience of creating commercial content and writing/editing
