Location: Jakarta

The Role: 

As a Hotel Admin Support, you will create commercial content hotel page for, maintain up-to-date information and monitor content quality. You will be in contact with properties and related Account Manager on a daily basis in order to validate information and acquire content essentials (photos, room features, room availability and etc). Your goal will be to promote each hotel in the most attractive – yet objective and concise – way, in order to persuade people to book rooms through our website. 

The Responsibilities:

  • Create, review and continually improve commercial hotel pages content
  • Provide support for Account Manager in order to do stop sale / updating new rates
  • Check and providing rate competitiveness data to related Account Manager
  • Providing Hotel list to Operations Team in order to have Photograph and branding materials distribution on time
  • Update hotel content according to our standards and guidelines
  • Collect essential hotel content by contacting hotels and the Hotel Division directly and convincing them of the commercial importance of content
  • Coordinate localization of content
  • Work closely with Sales Team to meet required specifications
  • General understanding of the hotel sector and keeping up to date on competitor sites.

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and Internet)
  • Ability to simultaneously complete multiple tasks and large volume of work at a high level of quality on deadline
  • Independently manages and prioritizes on workload, proactively researching correct information, setting and meeting own deadlines and working positively and proactively with marketing/other staff to execute on-brand, accurate results
  • Pro-active, positive attitude and communicate effectively
  • A goal-oriented team player
  • Experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus
  • Qualifications
  • Affinity/experience with the hotel and / or travel industry
  • Education in Tourism related field is an advantage, but not a must
  • Computer skill essential
  • Full of initiative, responsible, dynamic, results-oriented, a strategic thinker with strong management and leadership skills
